Known limitations
travel.state.gov is unreachable. The Visa Bulletin sits behind a
Cloudflare challenge. We do not circumvent access controls, so we monitor the USCIS pages
that publish the same determination.
Sponsor data ends at FY2023. USCIS publishes FY2024 onward only through
an interactive dashboard, not as a downloadable file.
Employer records can duplicate. USCIS publishes only the last four
digits of each tax ID, so similar names may appear as separate records.
Cap-exempt flags are indicators. They show that an employer resembles a
statutory category. Eligibility is determined by the employer and their counsel.
