This document contains a correction to the final rule published on May 21, 1997 [62 FR 27693-27694]. The regulation implemented sec. 631(a) of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, which extended the validity of an immigrant visa from four months to six months.
