This document corrects the final rule published in the Federal Register on January 22, 1996 [61 FR 1523] which promulgates changes to the regulations implementing the Diversity Immigrant Program provided for in INA 201(a)(3), 201(e), 203(c), and 204(a)(1)(G), as amended. This document corrects the effective date of the final rule by amending it to read January 22, 1996.
