This interim rule establishing fees for the processing of fingerprints required of certain applicants for immigrant visas. These fees, pursuant to the guidelines set out in Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-25, are set at a cost-recovery based level of $25.00 per set of fingerprints.
